What Happens After I Place an Order?

Once you order, we'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your details and arrange delivery. We'll provide you with a delivery date (typically within 5 working days, often sooner). Before delivery, we'll also send you preparation instructions so your subfloor is ready. You'll have direct contact with us throughout the process, so you're never left guessing about your order status.

Do You Offer Installation Services?

Yes, we offer professional installation in Brisbane. When you order flooring from us, simply let us know you'd like a quote for installation, and we'll assess your space and provide a detailed estimate. Our installers follow industry best-practice guidelines (AS/NZ1884-2012) and come fully equipped to handle everything from subfloor preparation to finishing touches. If you're outside Brisbane, we ship nationwide but can only provide product pricing.

Can I Return or Exchange My Flooring?

We stand behind our products. If your flooring arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately—claims for visual defects must be made before installation begins. Once installed, any defects are covered under our manufacturer's warranty (20 years residential, 3 years commercial) for issues relating to workmanship or materials. We work to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

What If I'm Not Happy With My Purchase?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns before installation, let us know right away. We'll work with you to find a solution. If the issue is with the product itself (defects, discolouration, manufacturing faults), our warranty covers these. For custom orders or colour concerns, we recommend ordering a sample first so you can see the product in your own space.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

We deliver within 5 working days in most cases, often sooner depending on stock and your location. For Brisbane-based customers, we can often arrange faster delivery. When you order, we'll confirm an exact delivery date. If you need flooring urgently, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What's Covered by Your Warranty?

Our flooring comes with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials. Residential warranties run for 20 years from installation; commercial warranties for 3 years. The warranty covers manufacturing faults like peeling, discolouration, or structural defects—not damage from improper installation, neglect, or accidents. We also comply with Australian Consumer Law, which provides additional protections you're entitled to.
