How flooring is delivered
Flooring ships on pallets with our freight partners, door to door. Metro deliveries usually land within 5–10 business days. You’ll see your exact cost at checkout before paying — and your cart shows the pallet size and weight so you know what’s arriving.
Sample delivery
Samples ship with Australia Post — the cost is calculated live at checkout for your address. Order up to 3 free samples and you only cover the postage.
