Spot an identical, in-stock floor at a lower price from another Australian retailer — online or in-store, even if it's on sale.

Email the link or written quote to hello@hippofloors.au, or call 0406 304 357. We'll check it's the same product, in stock, at that price.
We beat it
Once confirmed, we go $1.00 per m² below their total delivered price — in writing, before you buy. Price-beat orders are paid by bank transfer.
What qualifies
- Identical product — same brand, thickness, wear layer, size and finish (a lookalike isn't a match).
- In stock and available to buy from the competitor when you claim.
- Their current advertised price, including delivery to your address.
- An Australian retailer, priced in AUD.
What’s excluded
- Clearance, liquidation, ex-display, or receivership / closing-down stock.
- Cashback, coupon, member-only or code-based offers not available to the public.
- Commercial, trade, tender or bulk pricing not offered to the general public.
- Obvious pricing errors, and prices that exclude delivery to your location.

The Price Beat Guarantee is offered at Hippo Floors’s discretion on genuine, like-for-like, in-stock products from Australian retailers, and is verified before purchase. The competitor’s price and stock must be current at the time of your claim, and the comparison is made on the total price delivered to your address. Price-beat orders are payable by bank transfer (EFT). We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable household quantities and to decline claims that don’t meet these terms.
