Here are our top 3 tips for getting the most out of sale pricing.

1. Check samples before buying

A good deal only matters if the colour works in your home. Order free samples and check them against your walls, cabinets, and lighting before committing — even on sale items. A floor you love at full price is always better than a floor you don't love at half price.

2. Order enough the first time

Sale and clearance stock is limited. If you run short mid-install, there's no guarantee we can get more at the same price — or at all. Measure carefully and add 8–10% for wastage (15% for herringbone) to make sure you're covered.

3. Don't forget accessories

Colour-matched accessories (stair nosing, scotia, T-moulding, reducers, L-moulding) are sold separately and are rarely discounted. Factor these into your total project cost so there are no surprises at checkout.

How long do your sales last?

It varies. Some promotions run for a set period, while clearance pricing stays until stock runs out. If you see a colour or product you like at a reduced price, we'd recommend acting sooner rather than later — once clearance stock is gone, it's gone. For current promotions, this page always shows the latest sale items automatically.

Can I still order samples of sale products?

Yes. All products — including those on sale — are available as free samples. We always recommend checking the colour and texture in your actual home before committing to a full order, even at a discounted price.

Do sale products come with a warranty?

Yes. Every product carries the same manufacturer warranty whether purchased at full price or on sale:

  • Engineered Timber: 25-year residential + lifetime structural warranty
